Does your artwork management platform have inbuilt workflows?

eLabel has several preconfigured workflows inbuilt within the platform, which are based on generic artwork management business process rules.

Yes, notifications are sent to all concerned stakeholders in the business process as & when any action is taken – e.g. approval, rejection, comments etc.

eLabel has built-in regulatory guidelines that are duly updated by the Goose tech team. The same can also be managed at the client end by their respective administrators. All process SOPs, guidelines, and reference documents can also be maintained and managed efficiently within the platform.

What type of proofreading does your tool provide?

Harmony eProof is a versatile tool that proofreads Text, Pixel & Scanned based documents.

What file formats does your proofreader supports?

eProof supports Word, PDF & Scanned images (JPEG, PNG etc.).

Is your proofreader a desktop based application?

eProof can be deployed on-premise or on the cloud.

What are the reports that your tool produces.

eProof produces text, pixel and scan based reports, which highlight deviations, errors and other anomalies during the comparison. These can be checked manually according to client proofing guidelines on technical and content related matters.

How is training provided to users?

A one-day onsite training session is part of the post-implementation package. Moreover, Harmony comes with many self-learning videos that are currently being added at regular intervals.

Do you provide onsite training?

Onsite training will be charged to the customer on actuals. The training schedule will be prepared working closely with the client’s business contacts.

Do you have a helpdesk for providing support?

Yes. We provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support services to our clients based on the service they have registered with us.

What kind of support is provided by the Goose tech team?

We assist our clients in answering their queries via email, chat and over the phone.

What are the support timings for customers?

The Goose tech team is typically available from 9 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time. For other timezone requirements, the help-desk can provide 24X7 support, but this would be at an additional service cost.

Does the platform provide any eLearning content?

Yes, elearning videos are available online for users to refer to in case of any training or reference requirements.

What is the Implementation timeline for deploying the system?

The harmony platform is very user-friendly in its current form. No additional code is required for any customization. It can be fully configured to meet specific business needs. In our experience, the average implementation time is less than 4 weeks. Deployment timelines can be reviewed according to customer requirements.

Can the system be integrated with other platforms and tools?

Harmony is designed to seamlessly integrate with any of the existing SAP, Oracle Agile, internally built systems or other ERP/PLMs. We have successfully deployed Harmony with SAP.

Can third parties be included within the system?

Yes. Harmony comes with a very well documented classification of user privileges. A track of their access by time, device, region and data can be pre-defined and monitored.

What are the various hosting models offered by Goose?

Harmony can be hosted on-premise or on the Cloud based on compliance and client requirements.

Can the system interact with active directories?

Yes, the system comes with the option to use Active Directory authentication.

Harmony has an inbuilt and comprehensive reporting tool, which automatically generates analytical reports to streamline your decision-making. It’s also supplemented with easily configurable checklists.

What are the various kinds of files that can be uploaded within the system?

All artwork-related information and assets like native files, PDF’s reference documents, drawings, emails, CDR files etc. can be uploaded into the system. The platform is flexible enough to permit storage of all types of files.

How would Harmony keep track of multiple artwork iterations during our review process?

Harmony has an inbuilt version control module that integrates seamlessly within the workflow module. Version control has a search feature, as well as the ability to retrieve as many elements as you wish from various iterations, all stored safely in the database.

How does Harmony keep track of various inputs given by approvers?

The workflow creates transparency of tasks among the stakeholders as defined by the workflow. The time spent, as well as actions taken on each activity, is recorded as per 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
