These challenges are addressed in the Harmony platform by including a digital library, with secured access to various stakeholders in the business process. Various types of documents like PDFs, native files (Corel draw, Illustrator etc.), images, spreadsheet etc. can be uploaded onto the system. The documents can be cross referenced or linked with workflows within the Harmony platform.
